NOTES : ➖THIS IS THE PRICE FOR 1 BOAT WHICH CAN FIT FROM 1-8 PEOPLE FOR ONE BOAT (included adult and child). ➖PLEASE BE AT THE JETTY EARLY 20 MINUTE FROM TIME YOU BOOKED. ➖THIS PACKAGE IS PRIVATE BOAT ONLY (not sharing with other people). ➖INCLUDED LIFE JACKET (except 3 years old and below). ➖INCLUDED BOATMAN WITH BILINGUAL SPEAKER (Malay & English). ➖NO TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED FROM HOTEL TO JETTY AND VICE VERSA. NOTE FOR SNORKELING‼️ ➡️FOR SNORKELING EQUIPMENT MUST ADD RM15 FOR EVERY 1 SET SNORKELING. (if you have your own snorkeling set you can bring it with you and don't need to rent it ). ➡️SNORKELING EQUIPMENT LIMITED MUST MAKE RESERVATION BEFORE TRIP. (After done booked your package you need to call +60136033535 to rent snorkeling equipment) ➡️IF SNORKELING SET BROKEN DURING THE TRIP..MUST PAY RM80 FOR 1 SET. 💥This snorkeling activity has the risk of sea urchins‼ 💥Water clarity is not guaranteed, depending on the weather and sea conditions on that day.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION, NO SHOW AND REFUND Hasfary Travel & Tours reserves the right to Change or Cancel any part of the tour itinerary due to bad weather or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond their control, without prior notice as safety is our utmost priority. Minimum 72 hours’ notice of cancellation is required for trip. If Cancellation is made less than 72 hours client will be charged in Full. In the tour a client fails to turn up for the activities (“No Show”), No refund in full or in part will be given for the Product services in the program not utilized. After commencement of tour, No refund, in part or in full, will be given for services/activities in the program that is not utilized.
